Bespoke Fabricated Products
At Hepworth Fabrications, we design and manufacture Bespoke Metal Products for customers across a wide range of industries, from transport and infrastructure through to industrial, commercial, and creative applications. Every product we supply is engineered to meet customer-specific requirements, whether for one-off projects, prototypes, or repeat production.
All fabrication is carried out in-house, using our CNC laser cutting, precision press brake forming, and coded welding capabilities. This allows us to maintain tight control over quality, tolerances, and finish, while offering flexibility in materials, geometry, and scale. Keylock Cabinets
Our Ventilation Systems are bespoke fabricated steel assemblies designed for use across Industrial, Infrastructure, and Transport-related environments, where controlled airflow, durability, and dimensional accuracy are essential. These units form part of larger mechanical or enclosure systems and are engineered to integrate seamlessly with surrounding equipment.
Manufactured entirely in-house, each ventilation system is produced using CNC laser cutting, precision press brake forming, and coded welding, ensuring structural integrity, repeatability, and consistent build quality. Careful attention is given to panel alignment, fixing points, and airflow openings to meet both functional and installation requirements.
Finished in a durable industrial powder coat, these fabrications are suitable for demanding operational environments and demonstrate our ability to deliver complex, multi-part welded assemblies for a wide range of industries, from one-off prototypes through to repeat production.

Public Art & Sculpture Fabrication – The Connection
Hepworth Fabrications were proud to support the manufacture of The Connection, a large-scale public art project conceived and designed by artist Luke Burton. The project centres around a striking sculptural form and is intended to grow into a worldwide series of installations, creating a network that brings people and communities together.
Working closely with the artist, our role focused on the manufacture and fabrication of key structural and visual elements, translating the creative concept into a durable, high-quality physical installation suitable for public display. The project required careful attention to material selection, surface finish, structural integrity, and assembly, ensuring the sculpture met both aesthetic and practical requirements.
All fabrication work was completed using our in-house CNC laser cutting, precision forming, and welding capabilities, demonstrating our ability to deliver one-off, bespoke fabrications to exacting standards. This project highlights our versatility beyond industrial applications and our capability to collaborate on complex, design-led fabrications for public spaces, exhibitions, and artistic installations.
